Monterosso is traffic free so you are not allowed to drive into town. Park your car the parking and walk down on Via Roma until you will find on your right the main church. At the church take left and left again on Via XX Settembre which is a small little street between the Restaurant Moretto and the fish shop "Pescheria Pigianinte". Walk straight for less than one minutes and you will find Hotel Stella della Marina on your left.
*In case the parking is full you must drive back up the way you came until the top of the hill where you will find in front of you the Restaurant Il Bivio. At Il Bivio take left and drive for 5 Km until you arrive to the parking on the other side of the town.. Park here and take a taxi to the hotel. Or walk along the seaside (12 minutes walk) when you pass a tunnel continue straight below the train tracks and keep you on the right of the arches of the church in front of you. Take the main street and after few steps take right again and continue on the little street between the Restaurant Moretto and the fish shop "Pescheria Pigianinte". Walk straight for less than one minutes and you will find Hotel Stella della Marina on your left.
By train :
From the train station you can take a taxi or walk to the hotel. Walking it takes 10 minutes.
On exiting from the train station, if you walk, take left and walk straight until the tunnel. Passed it continue straight below the train tracks and keep you on the right of the arches of the church in front of you. Take the main street and after few steps take right again and continue on the little street between the Restaurant Moretto and the fish shop "Pescheria Pigianinte". Walk straight for less than one minutes and you will find Hotel Stella della Marina on your left.
